The brief
The company wanted a digital presence that earns trust and a document system that is actually used in the field.
Our approach
We designed every form, from the service report to the warranty terms, in one visual language that also prints well in black and white. We built a macro-free Excel workbook that quotes in three currencies at the day's rate, with contacts, jobs, a field log and collections in the same file. Brand guidelines, business cards, a brochure and social media templates complete the system.
Result
A consistent, auditable corporate identity, from the website to the service report.
